Pour moi bien sur ! ^^

Vous vous demandez certainement comment les cuistos en camionnette l'été préparent leur chichis. Vous savez ces choses bien grasses mais pourtant si croustillantes et bien sucrées. Et plus, ils nous vendent ca un prix complétement indéscent (c'est 1D100!)...

Alors voila la recette des Churros/Chichis (rayer la mention inutile)

Pour déja pas mal de Churros/Chichis (rayer la mention inutile)
250g de farine
1/2L d'eau
5g de farine

Faites chauffer l'eau avec le sel.
Quand elle frémit, retirez la du feu.
Ajoutez toute la farine d'un coup et mélangez.
Ca fait une pate moche et dégeu mais pas t'inquiétude...

Maintenant faites frire des fils de pate de l'épaisseur d'un doigt et le tour est joué. (pas trop épais sinon ca explose.)
Soupoudrez de sucres et dégustez vos Churros/Chichis (rayer la mention inutile) NJoy!

Alors quand on voit que l'été ses charlatants nous vendent en fait une poignée de farine et un verre d'eau de mer plus de 4€, excusez moi mais bon... j'ai l'impression que c'est un peu abusé... non?
